The island of Coron in the northern part of Palawan is a prime tourist destination in the Philippines. Its turquoise clear waters, powdery white sand beaches, limestone cliffs and limestone rock islands leave everyone who has been to this paradise in astonishment. Its abundant underwater treasures of coral reefs, World War II ship wrecks are perfect for snorkeling and diving. It is the home of the cleanest lake in the country, the renowned Kayangan Lake that is more scenic than photographs can describe. Visit Coron in Palawan and be amazed too.

  1. Coron is beautiful! We were supposed to visit Coron this year, but Cebu Pacific stopped its direct flight from Cebu to Busuanga. Sayang. To go to Coron, we have to go to Manila first then catch a connecting flight to Busuanga. It is insanely expensive.

    But if there’s a will, there’s a way. 🙂

    1. Sayang nga yung direct flight, but I’m sure YOU can make it happen! You will enjoy it there – maraming dive sites. It is really beautiful and I would love to go back, maybe when I’m “Scuba Diving-ready”. 🙂

    1. Hi Daal,
Thank you for your appreciation, there are more positive things about the Philippines than those on the news recently. You should plan a visit here someday. I’m sure you’ll enjoy it! 🙂

    1. Hi Vinneve,
You should, I’m sure you’ll enjoy it in Coron. I hope to come back here too someday, there’s still more to see. 4 days is not enough. Happy and Safe travels. 🙂
